what we actually measure

Strong and confident in your body again — measured in things you can feel.

I won't measure your success by the scale alone. Here is what we track instead, and roughly when each thing shows up.

01

Weeks 1–6

Your nervous system learns the movements. Weights climb fast, the mirror barely moves. This is the phase most people quit in, and the phase that makes everything after it possible.

02

Months 2–6

Tissue answers. Shoulders and back change shape, clothes fit differently, groceries and stairs stop being an event. Energy in the afternoon comes back before the scale does anything interesting.

03

Months 6–12

Progress gets less dramatic per week and undeniable per quarter. The hike that needed two rest stops needs none. You stop negotiating with your body before you do things.

The markers I care about

  • Load on your main lifts, written down week over week
  • Range of motion and movement quality under that load
  • Getting up off the floor without using your hands
  • Work capacity — the hike, the stairs, the pack, the long day
  • Sleep, energy and recovery between sessions
  • Photos every eight weeks, same light, instead of a daily weigh-in

be my next success story

The first name on this page could be yours.

Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones.

I'm taking founding clients now — women who want to start from where they are, build genuine strength, and have the progress documented honestly as it happens. Your training gets tracked properly from session one, and nothing goes on this page without your say-so.
