Strength
Resistance training is the backbone — compound lifts, bodybuilding-style work and functional strength, so you feel genuinely capable in your body.

Being physically strong gives you something bigger than a change in how your body looks. It gives you freedom. Strength, mobility and conditioning for women who want to feel capable in their bodies again.
what I hear most
“I want to feel strong and confident in my body again.”
Not a smaller number. More energy, more capability, and the freedom to do the things you love without feeling limited.
if this sounds familiar
You catch yourself planning around your body — the hike you skip, the stairs you pause on, the afternoon that needs a nap. Something you used to do without thinking now needs a strategy.
You've been sold shame before, and it worked for about six weeks. Now you'd just like to feel like yourself again, and trust your body to carry you through the life you want to live.
“I won't make you feel like your body is something that needs to be fixed, and I won't measure your success by the scale alone.”
the method
I'm less interested in putting you in a fitness box and more interested in building a program around your goals, your abilities, and the life you want to be strong enough to live.
Resistance training is the backbone — compound lifts, bodybuilding-style work and functional strength, so you feel genuinely capable in your body.
Yoga-inspired movement and mobility work for range of motion, body awareness and recovery. Strong and mobile, not strong in one plane.
HIIT, steady-state, walking or hiking — added when it serves your goals, to build endurance for real life and time outdoors.
Progressive, purposeful training — not constantly destroying your body. Workouts should challenge you and still let you recover, adapt and come back stronger. See how we work together.
be my next success story
Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones.
I'm taking founding clients now — women who want to start from where they are, build genuine strength, and have the progress documented honestly as it happens. Your training gets tracked properly from session one, and nothing goes on this page without your say-so.
“I won't make you feel like your body is something that needs to be fixed.”
what changes
Not a promise about a number. These are the things clients are actually chasing, and the things we track.
Afternoons that don't require negotiating with yourself.
Load on the bar going up, week over week, written down.
Movement that feels like yours again, in and out of the gym.
Hike farther, carry more, get off the floor without thinking.

01
One message about your goals, your history and the week you actually live. No form gauntlet, no sales call script.
02
I look at how your body moves and what's in the way, then build a program around it — with the reasons explained so it makes sense to you.
03
Progressive, purposeful training with regular check-ins. Small increments, real recovery, and a plan that adjusts to your life instead of ignoring it.
who you'd be working with
Hiking, exploring, camping and challenging myself physically taught me that strength is about freedom, resilience, and being capable of doing the things that make you feel alive. I coach for that, not for a mirror.

honest answers
Perfect — that's the most common place to begin. You don't need a base level of fitness, a gym routine, or any idea what a hinge is. Session one starts with how your body moves today and builds from there.
Most programs are built for someone who doesn't exist. If it only works in a perfect week, it isn't a plan. Yours gets built around your goals, your abilities and your real schedule — and it adjusts when life moves.
You don't need to be. Two to three purposeful sessions a week, progressed properly, beat six frantic ones you can't recover from. I'd rather you train less and keep going for years.
Then we train around them and on them at the same time. Limitations change what the program looks like; they don't cancel it. Nothing here requires you to be pain-free before you start.
